Your child’s nutrition deserves the same level of expertise and individualization as yours

Specialized pediatric nutrition counseling for infants, children, adolescents, and young athletes — at every stage of growth and development. Covered by insurance.

Feeding a child is one of the most important things a parent does—and one of the hardest to get right.

From the earliest days of introducing solids to the nutritional demands of middle school athletics—pediatric nutrition is complex, constantly changing, and deeply consequential.

And yet most parents feel like they’re navigating it largely alone, with a combination of pediatrician advice that barely scratches the surface, contradictory information online, and the daily reality of a child who has extremely strong opinions about what they will eat.

We work with children, adolescents, and their families to provide specialized, evidence-based nutrition support at every stage of development.

Our team includes a pediatric dietitian with NICU experience—meaning we have the specialized expertise to support nutritional needs from the very earliest stages of life.

We also have providers who specialize in pediatric eating challenges including ARFID, selective eating, and feeding difficulties, as well as dietitians experienced in supporting young athletes and adolescents navigating the intersection of sports performance and healthy development.

Whatever your child is dealing with—we have a provider who specializes in it.

We also offer parent and family sessions, can provide guidance on school lunches and eating out, and are happy to communicate with your child’s pediatrician, school counselor, or other providers with your consent.

Pediatric Nutrition Concerns We Address

01

Pediatric and Adolescent Nutrition

From starting solids through the teenage years, we support children and families at every stage of growth and development. Whether you’re navigating early feeding, the nutritional demands of puberty, or emerging concerns around eating and body image, we provide evidence-based guidance that helps kids build a healthy relationship with food.

02

Selective Eating and Food Refusal

Selective eating ranges from typical toddler food preferences to more significant feeding challenges that warrant specialized support. We work with children and families to expand food variety and acceptance at a pace that feels manageable — using approaches that reduce mealtime anxiety rather than escalating it.

03

ARFID

ARFID in children can have significant consequences for growth, nutritional status, and quality of family life. Our approach to pediatric ARFID is gradual, child-centered, and grounded in a sensory-informed framework — working collaboratively with the child, their family, and other members of the treatment team as needed.

04

Growth Concerns

Poor growth, nutritional deficiencies, or feeding difficulties that are affecting a child’s development require specialized assessment and support. We conduct thorough nutritional evaluations and work closely with pediatricians and specialists to ensure children are getting what they need to grow and thrive.

05

Gastrointestinal Issues

Constipation, diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain, and other digestive symptoms are common in children—and frequently have nutritional solutions. We work with pediatric GI concerns using the same root-cause approach we apply to adult digestive health, adapted for a child’s developmental stage and food preferences.

06

Chronic Conditions

Children with diabetes, autoimmune conditions, food allergies, celiac disease, kidney disease, or other chronic health conditions have specialized nutritional needs that require more than general pediatric dietary guidance. We provide condition-specific nutrition counseling that supports the child’s medical treatment and supports normal growth and development.

We also work with young athletes, helping fuel performance at every level.

Whether your child is a competitive athlete or a recreational one, the nutritional demands of sport add an important layer of complexity to pediatric nutrition. Young athletes need more than just “eat healthy.” They need:

We also address the specific nutritional risks that are common in young athletes — including relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S), disordered eating patterns, and the particular pressures facing athletes in weight-class or aesthetic sports.

Our approach to sports nutrition is always framed within the context of healthy development first. A young athlete’s long-term health is always the priority, even when performance is the immediate concern.

Your child deserves nutrition care that understands where they are as an individual.
