Women’s hormonal health deserves more than “your labs look fine.”
Specialized nutrition counseling for hormone imbalances, thyroid disorders, perimenopause, menopause, fertility and women’s health — covered by insurance.

You’ve been told your labs are normal, but you know something is off.
Your energy crashes in the afternoon no matter what you do. Your sleep is unpredictable. Your moods swing in ways that feel completely out of character. Your weight is creeping up even though nothing in your diet has changed. Your period is irregular, your PMS is getting worse, or you’re in the middle of perimenopause and wondering why no one warned you it would feel like this.
You’ve brought these concerns to your doctor. Maybe they ran some bloodwork and told you everything looks fine. Maybe they offered medication. Maybe they told you it’s just stress, or aging, or both.
But you know your body. And you know something isn’t right.
The problem is that standard hormone testing often misses the nuanced imbalances that make women feel like a different version of themselves — and standard advice rarely accounts for how profoundly nutrition and lifestyle affect hormonal health.
As a woman, your hormones don’t exist in isolation, they’re affected by so many other things in your body.
They’re affected by what you eat, how you sleep, how you manage stress, the health of your gut, the function of your liver, and the nutritional status of your cells. When any of these systems is out of balance, your hormones feel it.
Some of the most common nutritional drivers of hormone imbalances include:
- Blood sugar dysregulation
- Nutrient deficiencies
- Poor gut health
- Chronic stress and elevated cortisol
- Liver function
Our registered dietitians nutritionists are trained to identify and address these nutritional drivers using clinical nutrition counseling and, where appropriate, advanced functional testing like the DUTCH complete hormone panel.
Hormone Conditions We Specialize In
01
PMS and PMDD
Premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder are not things you just have to live with. Specific nutritional interventions — including targeted nutrient support, blood sugar stabilization, and anti-inflammatory dietary approaches — can significantly reduce both the physical and emotional symptoms of PMS and PMDD.
02
Irregular Cycles
Whether you’re dealing with irregular periods, amenorrhea, estrogen dominance, low progesterone, or elevated androgens (including PCOS), we work to identify the nutritional and lifestyle factors that may be contributing — and build a strategy to support rebalancing.
03
PMOS (PCOS)
PMOS is fundamentally a metabolic and inflammatory condition, which means nutrition is one of the most powerful tools available for managing it. We help clients with PMOS address insulin resistance, inflammation, and hormonal dysregulation through evidence-based, individualized dietary strategies.
04
Postpartum
The postpartum period is one of the most nutritionally demanding of a woman’s life — and one of the most under-supported. We provide postpartum nutrition counseling that addresses energy, mood, milk production, recovery, and the hormonal shifts that accompany life after birth.
05
Perimenopause and Menopause
The hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause affect everything—sleep, weight, mood, bone density, cardiovascular health, and more. Nutrition plays a profound role in how women navigate this transition. We help clients understand what’s happening in their bodies, address specific symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle, and build long-term strategies that support their health.
06
Fertility
Nutritional status has a profound impact on reproductive health. We work with clients who are preparing for pregnancy, navigating fertility challenges, or undergoing fertility treatments — supporting hormonal balance, egg quality, uterine health, and overall reproductive function through evidence-based nutritional strategies.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all hormone protocols any more than we believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition plans.
Hormone health is deeply individual—influenced by your genetics, your history, your lifestyle, and the specific imbalances your body is experiencing.
Our approach begins with a thorough clinical intake and, where appropriate, advanced functional testing—particularly the DUTCH complete hormone panel, which gives us a comprehensive picture of your hormone levels and metabolites that standard bloodwork simply can’t provide.
From there, we build a nutrition and lifestyle plan that targets the specific root causes we’ve identified, with ongoing support to adjust and refine as your body responds.
You don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through symptoms that have an answer.
Book an appointment with one of our hormone-specialized registered dietitian nutritionists — and get a plan that’s built around what’s actually happening with your hormones.

Is the DUTCH test covered by insurance? Functional testing is not covered by insurance, but it is HSA-eligible. We charge wholesale prices on all testing, so you’re getting access to the same high-quality labs without the inflated markup.
